BuffBurger, a Houston chain focused on locally sourced ingredients, has announced its third location will debut in the CityWest Retail Center this fall.

Construction on the space at 10550 Westheimer in West Houston will begin soon and when finished, will feature the same white-tiled interior with bright green accents as found in BuffBurger’s other locations in Memorial and Montrose.

Diners will be able to snag one of 11 burgers like a goat cheese-topped option with roasted tomatoes, arugula, and truffle aioli; the “Texan” with crispy onions, bacon, cheddar, and bourbon-infused barbecue sauce; or the ahi tuna “burger” with avocado, sprouts, wasabi tartar sauce, and pickled carrots and daikon. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Plus, BuffBurger has edamame, truffle fries, milkshakes, tap wine, and craft beer on offer, including filling up customer’s growlers to-go.

BuffBurger launched in 2015 from Houstonian Sara Burden and her husband Paul “Buff” Burden, as a result of their “passion for food and travel.” Stay tuned for BuffBurger’s official opening date.
