First Watch, the chain specializing solely on breakfast through lunch, will open up a location next week at Market Square at Eldridge Parkway. The Houston-based franchise is expanding throughout Southeastern Texas, and its 13325 Westheimer Road location will open on Monday, August 6.
The menu is geared toward lovers of breakfast foods, so get ready for avocado toast, smoked salmon eggs benedict, breakfast tacos, granola, and lemon ricotta pancakes.
The First Watch in Market Square will serve the chain’s new Project Sunrise coffee, grown by Mujeres en Café, an independent group of female farmers in Huila, Colombia. There will also be a juice bar at the restaurant, where juices like Kale Tonic will be juiced in-house every day.
First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
