Adair Concepts has just announced it will bring a completely new restaurant focused on healthy California fare with a Texas twist to Downtown’s Wells Fargo Plaza next fall.

The forthcoming restaurant from the brother-and-sister duo behind Adair Kitchen, Eloise Nichols Grill, Bebidas, and Skeeters Mesquite Grill will make its debut at 1000 Louisiana Street, according to a press release. The 4,600 square-foot restaurant, designed by Gensler and McGarr Design & Interiors, will be accessible from both the tunnels and street level and boast both indoor and outdoor seating.

While menu details aren’t available just yet, the new concept will serve breakfast, lunch, and small bites along with an emphasis on craft cocktails and wines for the after work crowd.

“The downtown food scene has expanded dramatically in the past few years as diners are looking for healthy fare and a good-looking place to enjoy it,” said Katie Adair Barnhart, part owner of Adair Concepts, in a statement. “We couldn’t be more excited to bring our food and aesthetic to Wells Fargo Plaza.”

The as-yet-unnamed eatery will operate Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with weekend hours yet to be determined. Stay tuned for more information on its official opening date.
