The forthcoming Bellaire Food Street development continues to get even better with the addition of Migo, a new Vietnamese eatery that will focus on the street foods of Saigon.

Migo will open its doors at 9393 Bellaire Boulevard, inside the Bellaire Street Food development. The restaurant’s owners tell Eater that construction on their space is set to be completed sometime in September, and Migo’s opening will follow later in the winter. As far as the food is concerned, Migo will serve noodle bowls with pork or chicken broth, along with more street food-style dishes. The restaurant will also offer made-to-order Vietnamese egg coffee, a smoother beverage than the typical cup of joe.

It’s the latest exciting addition to Bellaire Food Street. As Eater reported previously, it will be home to a food hall called the Kitchen District, dedicated to Japanese and Korean street food, and Meet Fresh, a Taiwanese dessert chain known for taro ball bowls and shaved ice. More restaurants in the development are still in the works.

Migo is expected to debut sometime in December 2018 or early 2019. Stay tuned for more details on Bellaire Food Street’s arrival.
