The new outpost will have burger and beer pairings

Hopdoddy Burger Bar, the Austin original now with locations across the U.S., will open its fourth Space City outpost at CityCentre in the coming weeks.

The name, which comes from the hops in beer and “Doddie” being the type of cattle used for the burgers, will be taking that beer and beef mash-up even further at its new location at 798 Sorella Court, Suite 199. In addition to the regular menu, a rotating “Brew Series” will highlight a burger and beer pairing. For its opening month of October, diners can dig into the Au Jus burger paired with Saint Arnold beer.

Diners will also find standby burgers loaded up with hot peppers, mushrooms, pesto, and cheeses, plus vegetarian patties, poultry, and ahi tuna. Sides include Kennebec and sweet potato fries either plain or loaded with toppings. Then there’s the shakes in flavors like s’mores to strawberry shortbread. Diners can wash it all down with a variety of margaritas, cocktails, plus of course, local brews on tap.

When Hopdoddy opens, it will join a handful of other eateries at CityCentre, most notably Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s International Smoke, plus JuiceWell, Sweet Paris, and Pepper Twins, which will debut soon.

The new Hopdoddy opens on Monday, October 8 at 11 a.m. and will operate Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
