— The second location of Jonathan’s the Rub is set to hit Memorial on October 4. When the swanky new eatery debuts, it will seat upwards of 230 diners in a chic space, complete with marble-topped bar and private dining room. Diners can look forward to a menu of upscale dishes from chef Eric Laird, including roasted rainbow trout doused in caper butter, ceviche, and chicken mole poblano, and a full cocktail menu.
