A little more than two months after opening its doors in EaDo, Indianola has officially added brunch to the offerings.

The new brunch menu at Indianola kicks off this weekend, and diners can look forward to an onslaught of brunch faves with international influences. On the sweeter side of the menu, find chocolate and cinnamon babka and Yemeni flatbread with creme fraiche and fruit preserves.

Then there’s “Moroccan eggs,” which is a dish of spiced tomato ragu spiked with sumac-garlic yogurt that’s topped with a fried egg and served with a side of toasted sourdough; crispy duck rice with baked eggs, tamarind sauce, fresno chilies, and spiced peanuts; and a pork schnitzel sandwich. Unadventurous diners won’t be disappointed either, more typical brunch fare will also be on offer like huevos rancheros, eggs benedict, avocado or mushroom toast, and a decadent sounding EaDo Brunch burger with bacon, egg, and cheese on a Wagyu patty.

Of course no brunch is complete without booze. Brunch cocktails include riffs on G&T, negroni, frosé, and a Moscow mule, plus carrot juice bloody marys, blood orange mimosas and something called a Badabing! — Indianola’s take on a breakfast Manhattan with bourbon, coffee liquor, vermouth, rum, whipped cream, and orange bitters.

Diners can snag the goods on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. And in the meantime, drool over the offerings below.
