In August, the Secretary of State’s office issued a certificate of filing for a new limited liability corporation called Postino Houston Town & Country. That LLC is connected to Postino parent company Upward Projects and its co-founder, Lauren Bailey. When reached for comment, a publicist was not able to provide further details on the chain’s plans for new locations.
