As the Houston Astros prepare to take on the Washington Nationals in the 2019 World Series, Minute Maid Park concessionaire Aramark has introduced a handful of seriously over-the-top new dining options for fans heading to the game.

The home of the Astros previewed the new dishes at an event on Monday, and they’ll be available in time for tonight’s game. Scope out a rundown of the most exciting new offerings below.

Walk-Off Nacho Stack

In celebration of Jose Altuve’s walk-off homer to end the ALCS, score this giant stack of fried, Astros-orange corn tortillas, charro beans, salsa, crema, pico de gallo, and a choice of proteins that includes carnitas, fajita chicken, or carne asada. Available at the Market in Center Field.

Central Texas Beef Long Bone

Leave it to Houston to serve up a seriously massive hunk of beef at a ballpark. The giant slab of beef is paired with a selection of sides that includes mac and cheese, baked potato salad, and baked beans. Available at the Butcher on the Club Level in section 224.

Lobster Quesadilla

In between two griddled tortillas, find chunks of fresh lobster, cheese, cascabel pepper sauce, and mango pico de gallo on top as a garnish. Available at HTX Mex on the Club Level in section 215.

#TakeItBack Totchos

This World Series rallying cry is the chosen moniker for a truly epic pile of tater tots that’s piled high with burnt pork ends, queso blanco, pickle chips, green onions, and barbecue sauce. Bonus: they’re served in an adorable plastic Astros helmet. Available at Street Eats in sections 125 and 408, also section 213 on the Club Level.

Smoked Prime Rib Sandwich

Thinly-shaved prime rib is loaded on to a jalapeno-cheddar bun and slathered in gouda beer cheese, bacon onion jam, and garnished with a pile of Tabasco fried onions. Find it on the Club Level at section 220.
