Satisfy, a new all-day dining destination from prominent Houston restaurant group Clark Cooper Concepts, will arrive in River Oaks in 2020.
The new eatery, announced on Thursday, will open inside San Felipe Place at 2229 San Felipe Street with former Uchiko chef de cuisine Samuel Walter in charge of the kitchen. The new restaurant will cater to clean-eating-obsessed diners, serving “a menu free from refined sugars and flours, artificial preservatives, artificial colors and flavors, and GMOs.”
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served daily, along with a selection of grab-and-go eats available in Satisfy’s retail market. When it debuts, look forward to dishes ranging from avocado toast to grass-fed bison tenderloin and dairy-free vegetable gratin, along with plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians and desserts like chocolate-avocado mousse. Beer and wine will be on offer to wash down all those wholesome options.
Ahead of Satisfy’s debut next year, Walter plans to host a series of pop-up dinners at the Dunlavy, also operated by Clark Cooper Concepts, in the coming months. Stay tuned for more details on its arrival.
