A partnership with Papa John’s isn’t the only thing that Pearland pitmaster Ronnie Killen has up his sleeve. The chef and restaurateur, who just opened new Tex-Mex spot Killen’s TMX in January, is working on another location for Killen’s Steakhouse to join its first outpost in Pearland.
The Houston Business Journal reports that The Woodlands space previously occupied by Bob’s Steak & Chop House will soon become the second location for Killen’s Steakhouse. Located at 1700 Research Drive in Shenandoah, the space is in good enough condition that the new steakhouse should be able to open within 60 days. Plus, there will be room for a wine cellar and wine room and a private event space. The team is excited about it, clearly, posting Facebook photos of the building as-is with the caption: “New baby! Can’t wait to open.”
