A teahouse known for its boba teas and matcha milk foam toppers is headed to Sugar Land retail development University Commons. Feng Cha, a chain with locations all over the country including one in Katy, is slated to open up a 1,600-square-foot store in the Sugar Land shopping center in the spring.

This will be the second Houston area location for Feng Cha: expect to find menu items like matcha red bean milk tea, ginger milk tea, Oreo cheese milk tea, milk foam tea, and summer melon green tea, as well as cakes and freshly-baked bread.

Previously announced upcoming restaurants at University Commons include a new location of growing chain U’Maki Sushi Burrito, which is slated to open in the spring as well.
