There’s a new destination in Houston for Lebanese breads and baked goods like saj, kaak, manoush, and lahme bil ajin. Dubbed We’re Dough, this Lebanese bakery opened over the weekend at 6437 Westheimer Road with a big party in front of its open kitchen and gilded dining room — and a lit-up sign that reads “How you doughin’.”

The dough in We’re Dough’s name refers to menu items like sesame-sprinkled or za’atar-covered flatbread, bread topped with Nutella or filled with meat, pizzas, pot pies, croissants and more, per local blogger Beth Muecke. The look of the bakery centers around gold and black, with plenty or vibrant black-and-white tile.

We’re Dough’s current hours are Monday though Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and then Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
