Austin’s Hat Creek Burger, a new entrant to the Houston burger scene, will open all three local outposts planned for Space City this month.

The slated openings are in Fulshear at 5820 FM 1463 for July 15, in Klein at 8215 Louetta Road mid-July, and in Katy at 2150 S Mason Road on July 22, which are subject to change depending on delays, according to a company representative.

When Hat Creek debuts, it will serve up an abbreviated menu of four beef burger options, veggie and turkey burgers, plus chicken sandwiches, salads, a paleo hamburger bowl, and sides like fries, sweet potato fries, fried pickles, and tater tots. As far as drinks are concerned, beer and wine are on offer, along with a decadent array of milkshakes. Breakfast is also served daily from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with options like breakfast tacos, bowls, and pancakes. For those with food allergies, Hat Creek also publishes a handy guide on its menu detailing common allergens found in each of its dishes, like dairy, wheat, and soy.

Last fall, the burger chain announced it would open several Houston-area locations with many more set to arrive around the state. Stay tuned for any changes in the opening dates for Fulshear, Klein, and Katy.
