Starting next month, a vegan pop-up inspired by iconic cartoon Bob’s Burgers will take over Pearl Bar once a week.

The Bob’s Burgers Vegan Style pop-up will kick off on Saturday, September 1 at Pearl Bar at 4216 Washington Avenue. It’s a project of Sinfull Kitchen chef Dylan Carnes, known for her exceptional cinnamon rolls and other vegan treats, and will feature the burger creations of Bob Belcher, the show’s star.

The pop-up’s first burger offering is the Baby You Can Chive My Car burger, which boasts a Beyond Meat patty that’s infused with dairy-free mozzarella and topped with a vegan sour cream and mustard spread, garnished with “four wheels” of fried pickles, and served with a side of air-fried french fries.

The vegan burger mania begins at 4 p.m. on September 1, September 29, and October 27. DJ Von Kiss will be on hand with tunes, and of course, Bob’s Burgers will be playing on every screen in the bar.
