Ibiza announces plans to bow out
After nearly 20 years of serving as a haven for Houston wine drinkers, Ibiza in Midtown will close its doors in 2020. Per a press release, Clark Cooper Concepts will close the restaurant on February 15, 2020 because the group “just did not see ourselves in this space for the next 5 to 10 years.” Fortunately, drinkers have plenty of time to enjoy one last meal (or many!) at Ibiza before it bows out next year.
A spicy chicken stall is open at Conservatory
Anew fried chicken stall called Bird Haus is officially open at Houston’s late-night food hall. A Facebook page for Bird Haus indicates that it has opened its doors inside the food hall, serving up Nashville-style hot chicken sandwiches, tenders, and more.
We’re EGGGGCITED to be officially open! Find us at Conservatory until midnight today!
