Meaty options include the “Tampiquena,” a 9-ounce prime Niman Ranch ribeye topped with two cheese enchiladas, grilled onions and chili lime butter. Or brisket nachos featuring a full half pound of chopped smoked brisket.
Expect to find Tex-Mex classics like enchiladas, tamales, queso, and fajitas. Cadente will also serve queso flan and margaritas with 100% agave Espolon tequila, frozen or on the rocks.
