The Breakfast Klub wants to add wheels
The Breakfast Klub’s “Katfish & Grits” and spin on chicken and waffles are about to hit the road. Owners Marcus and Mel Davis launched a Nextseed campaign to add two food trucks to its fleet. One will be stationary, posted outside of the popular brick and mortar location to serve both to-go orders as well as call-ins. Another will be on the move, heading to local festivals, music events, and food truck lots, as well as serving food at private events.
