Fainmous BBQ, a destination for Tennessee-style barbecue in Texas, will officially debut its new location at Sawyer Yards next week.

A post to the restaurant’s Instagram page indicates that it will quietly open the doors at 1201 Oliver Street on June 1. As previously reported by Eater, the new location has been in the works since mid-2019, and was originally expected to debut late last year. Its new home on Oliver Street is a revamp of an abandoned warehouse at the Sawyer Yards development. Take a quick peek at the new space below:

For those who are unfamiliar with Fainmous’s Memphis-style smoked meats, expect juicy brisket, smoked ribs and chicken, and rib tip sandwiches along with classic barbecue sides like mac and cheese, baked beans, and potato salad. The dessert menu includes “Tennessee heirloom recipes” for cheesecake and sweet potato pie.

The pits at Fainmous BBQ go live at 11 a.m. on June 1.
