Noodle House now serving Asian comfort food in Northwest Houston
Noodle House, a new restaurant serving a minimalist menu of Asian comfort food, like bun bo, pan-friend pork dumplings, and Vietnamese-style coffee, is now open at 13433 Tomball Parkway Suite 11. Noodle House comes from the family behind Matt’s Fast Food, a small Mexican-Asian fusion restaurant that developed a devoted following before closing in the early 2000s. Co-owner Kimberly Kim says she wanted to keep the menu of the new restaurant small in order to focus on ingredients and quality. “I want to serve one thing and for it to be the best — something you can’t find anywhere with flavors like ours.” Noodle House is open daily for dine in and to go, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
