Milk Bar, the quirky New York City bakery that’s gained a cult following thanks to its rainbow-flecked birthday cakes and buttery, salty-sweet pies, is headed to Houston for a delivery-only pop-up starting this weekend.

Via apps like UberEats and DoorDash, Milk Bar will deliver some of pastry chef Christina Tosi’s most iconic desserts starting on June 25. Milk Bar gained fame as the sister bakery to Momofuku in New York City, but has developed a devoted following of its own over the years thanks to Tosi’s decadent and nostalgic treats. Milk Bar now operates 17 locations in the U.S., plus a limited selection of Milk Bar treats are sold in Target stores and via mail order on the bakery’s website. Previously, the restaurant has hosted previous pop-ups in Chicago, Dallas, and Minneapolis.

Diners can looks forward to a selection of Tosi’s greatest hits, including the popular three-tiered Birthday Cake, topped with “crunchy birthday crumbs” and rainbow sprinkles. Other eats include strawberry shortcake truffles, blueberry and cream cookies, a S’mores cookie cake, and the Milk Bar Pie, a chess pie-inspired dessert with an oat cookie crust.

Notably, the bakery will only be selling whole cakes and pies, which can serve between 8 and 12 people. Cake truffles are sold by the dozen, and can be frozen for later snacking.

The Milk Bar pop up will run from June 25 to June 30. Fans can order desserts via DoorDash, Caviar, Postmates, and UberEats.
