Building on last Friday's Open Thread, here are 10 Houston restaurant that serve great fries. While fresh-cut, twice-fried potatoes aren't a requirement to earn a place in the hearts of Eater Houston's readers, it certainly doesn't hurt. Looking for something completely different? Consider the Tex-Cajun fries at BB's Cafe; they're topped with roast beef, gravy and chile con queso. That's Houston-style fusion done right.
