Whether it's muggy or freezing cold out—and since this is Houston it's likely that those contrasting climates alternate by the day—it's still the holiday season. Celebrate with the drink of the season: a hot toddy. Even on a balmy 70-degree day, the cinnamon and nutmeg in your boiled water and whiskey cocktail will make you feel like it's almost Christmas.
