Hubbell & Hudson Bistro’s Pastry Chef Nguyet Nguyen offers a sinfully good Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding served with butter pecan ice cream, marshmallow fluff, and Grand Marnier Anglais. One word: yum.

Check out the Pumpkin White Chocolate Mouse and Ginger Snap Parfait, homemade white chocolate whipped cream folded together with pumpkin puree and traditional holiday spices, then layered with house-made gingersnap cookie crumble.
Chef Cedric Vernin at Bistro Provence is a super strong pastry chef. He came up with this basil one for the new menu that comes out this weekend. Tarte chocolat et basilic, a rich, dark chocolate tart infused with basil. Sooooooooo good.

Pastry Chef Chris Leung packs a punch this fall with his new seasonal offering, the Gran Marnier and Pumpkin Adult Milkshake. This flavor will be offered for a limited time only, it’s sure to be a winner with its citrus and spice flavors.
