Ditching the traditional scoop shop model, Josh Deleon releases flavors weekly, including a cobbler series that mixes fruity jams with delicious crusts, and deeper and rich flavors, like the Turtle Power — Deleon’s take on the chocolate candy Turtle. Be warned: to secure pints, check out the Hotplate platform and ensure you’re available for scheduled pick-up hours at its designated Heights pick-up spot.
