Also a Chris Shepherd restaurant, Georgia James is a swanky steakhouse with a price tag to match. The cuts of beef, like a 100-day aged hanger steak and massive long-bone ribeye, are sourced from Texas’s own 44 Farms, and the sides (grilled corn, squash salad in Vietnamese pesto) are equally stunning. In 2022, the restaurant will be moving to Regent Square just a few miles north near Dunlavy and Allen Parkway.
