Try the bo tai chanh with a Negra Modelo, and see how the fermented pineapple sauce brings out the caramel notes in the beer.
The best specialty coffee in Houston also serves an excellent steak and eggs. You can start your day with great food and coffee in a friendly place — and on Sunday morning, accompany the steak and eggs with a Negra Modelo.
