State of Grace will offer a special New Year’s Eve fixed price menu for $85 in addition to full oyster bar service all night. The entire menu will be offered with a la carte pricing for walk-in guests at the bar, and possibly the oyster bar, unless State of Grace chooses to use those seats for guests enjoying the fixed price menu. Offerings will include lobster hushpuppies, gulf blue crab “gumbo” with hill country smoked sausage and toast and smoke box Texas quail with pepper jelly, cotija grits, house bacon and mustard greens.
