Master Chef of France Philippe Verpiand has created a delicious three-course prix fixe menu for $65 (kids’ menu available for $28). Options include appetizers such as Bisque De Homard (Maine lobster bisque with Gulf shrimp, fresh herbs and creme fraiche) and Foie Gras de Canard au Torchon (cold duck foie gras terrine, dried prune mousseline, toasted brioche); entrees such as Filet de Loup de Mer (pan roasted sea bass, snow peas, fingerling potatoes, roasted cauliflower, coconut and lemongrass emulsion) and a Duo de Bouef (braised beef short rib, beef tenderloin, celery root puree, winter vegetables and cabernet-shallots sauce); and desserts such as Bûche de Noël (milk chocolate and passion fruit “Christmas log” with mango sorbet) and Crêpe Soufflés Suzette (crêpe soufflé with Grand Marnier custard and blood orange sorbet).
